Over the past 30 years, I have launched and built technology companies in the US, Europe and Asia and have hired, mentored and coached numerous C-level executives.

Program Structure


  • One hour.
  • 30 to 1,000 people.

Experiential Workshop

  • One day.
  • 20 to 40 people.
  • Learning Goal: “I am an authentic and strong leader. I give and receive feedback that is direct, robust and effective. I take ownership and responsibility of all results in my life.”

Executive Coaching

  • 6 months, 10 sessions.
  • One on one, or in small groups of 3 to 5 people per group.
